Queue.lk is a digital queue management platform designed to modernize appointment and service booking for government institutions and events in Sri Lanka. It enables users to easily reserve slots for services or events, reducing long waiting times and improving efficiency. The system includes both an admin panel and a customer-facing interface, allowing administrators to manage institutions, events, bookings, staff, and customer profiles while users can effortlessly book and manage their appointments online.
