The platform features a sleek dark-themed dashboard with a live clock, featured tool spotlight, and quick-access shortcuts — all wrapped in a collapsible sidebar with full-text search and a multi-palette colour system. Current tools include a JSON Formatter with JSON5 support, a Character Counter, a Code Formatter, a Code Compare/Diff viewer, a Background Remover, and a QR Code Generator. The UI is built with a CSS variable-driven theming system supporting six accent palettes, giving users a personalized experience. tooltray.dev is designed with a responsive layout, smooth transitions, and a minimal yet purposeful aesthetic. Built entirely by a solo developer — handling design, frontend engineering, and product direction — the platform is actively growing with new tools added regularly.
